1. Agreement
By accessing or purchasing from Commercial Launchpad ("we," "us," or "our") at dannykcommercial.com, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our site or services.
2. Products and Services
Commercial Launchpad sells digital products (scripts, guides, models) and one-on-one coaching calls for commercial real estate professionals. All digital products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately after purchase.
3. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are listed in USD. By completing a purchase, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the amount shown at checkout.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital downloads or completed coaching calls.
Exception: if you experience a technical issue that prevents access to your purchased content, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it or issue a refund at our discretion.
For coaching calls: cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled call may be rescheduled. Cancellations within 24 hours are forfeited.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, scripts, models, guides, and materials sold by Commercial Launchpad are owned by us and protected by copyright. You may use purchased materials for your own personal or business use. You may not:
- Resell, redistribute, or share purchased materials with others
- Use our content to create competing products
- Remove any copyright or ownership notices
6. Disclaimer — No Guarantee of Results
Our products and coaching are educational in nature. We share tools and strategies from our own active practice, but we make no guarantee of income, deal volume, or any specific result. Real estate markets vary, and individual results depend on your effort, market conditions, and many other factors outside our control.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Commercial Launchpad shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products or services. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the new terms on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance.
